I am a Designer & Creative Director.

For several years I led a small UI/UX team to create many mobile and desktop applications. During that same time, I was also the Lead Designer and Creative Director for a few exciting rebranding campaigns.

Design Marketing, using research, collaboration, visual communication, and user empathy to solve complex problems are challenges I enjoy tackling.

Whether the products were designed by a space agency, data center, architecture firm, or hollywood studio – the visualizations and animations I created were successful at educating or entertaining and sometimes both. I strived to exhibit the products in the most awe-inspiring, accurate, and interesting way possible.

My traditional photography skills translate well into the more challenging and cutting edge realm of virtual reality video capture and creation. The principles are the same, but the envelope can be pushed much further by combining CG visual effects into the shots.

“I worked with Josh from 2010 until 2018 at both IO and BASELAYER. I directly managed him while at BASELAYER in our Marketing organization for four years.
